This page explains which cookies AIPoweredTesting uses on ai-powered-testing.com and in our internal Super-admin console. We use functional cookies only. There is no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party analytics today.

1. Functional cookies and browser storage we use

• Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam) — when you submit the early-access form, our anti-spam provider Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie or use similar browser technologies strictly to distinguish humans from bots. It is used for security only — never for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare is listed as a sub-processor in our Privacy Policy.
• Super-admin sign-in tokens (browser storage) — our internal Super-admin console keeps sign-in tokens in your browser's localStorage; they are required to stay signed in and are removed when you sign out. Not used on public marketing pages. Strictly speaking, browser storage is not a cookie, but the same consent rules apply, so we disclose it here.
• Language preference — none stored. Your language choice is part of the page address (for example, /de/pricing); we store nothing in your browser to remember it.

2. What we don't use

• No tracking cookies.
• No advertising cookies.
• No third-party analytics cookies — specifically, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude.
• No fingerprinting, no cross-site identifiers, no behavioral profiling.

3. Consent

Functional cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary to operate the Service are exempt from the consent requirement of Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC). Because we use only such strictly necessary storage, no cookie banner is displayed. If this ever changes — for example, if we add analytics or tracking — we will update this page well before any change takes effect, and prompt for consent where legally required.

4. Changes to this Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always available at ai-powered-testing.com/legal/cookies. Material changes — especially any addition of non-functional cookies — will be communicated by email to the email address associated with your account and by a banner on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
